愚人节的来历英语版
在众多愚人节起源的传说中，有一个版本得到了不少人的认可。相传，在1582年，教皇格列高利十三世改革，开始采用新的历法，这个历法就叫“格里历”(当然，是以他的名字命名的)，新历法将原有新年的第一天从3月底改为了1月1日。但是呢，很多人并不买账，执意沿用旧历，依然在3月底“过新年”。于是，主张改革的人对这些任性的守旧者大加嘲弄，甚至有人在4月1日给他们送去假的礼品，邀请他们参加假的大趴，并把上当受骗的人称为“fool”。
